Fruit String Thing was a stretchy flexible fruit snack made by Betty Crocker that were bendable strings of gummy fruit flavored stuff that was shaped into things like rocket ships and bicycles. They would peel off into strings of fruity goodness and could be slurped like spaghetti and even be manipulated into switchy fun ties knots. They left us too soon, just when we thought there would be more of these expandable fruities.
Debuted in 1994 and was discontinued in 2005.
